Objective
Provides performance management services to public and community health organizations. Performance management is the use of data to inform management decision making. An effective performance management system establishes key performance indicators, analyze data, and share results to induce improved performance and behavior.
OUR HISTORY
The agency was founded by Kevin W. Davis, PhD. Dr. Davis has over twenty-five years of experience working in public health at the state and local level and working with federal grants. He holds a PhD from Rutgers University, Newark in public administration and has been very successful introducing performance management in public health agencies. He served as the lead researcher while working as a researcher at the Public Performance Measurement and Reporting Network (PPMRN) to help the State of New Jersey establish its performance measurement system. Positive Intervention was founded 2004 and has worked with agencies throughout New Jersey and in Pennsylvania, Florida, and Mississippi.
